We took advantage of the nice early Saturday AM weather before our weekend trip to the Poconos to adjust the flashing above the window, paint a bit & caulk. What a difference working at 9am vs 9pm… Especially on a 36′ extension ladder:

Meanwhile the city streets dept was replacing the light fixtures in the alley so at one point there were dueling ladders:

They’re now 70 watt vs the old 40 watt. We’ll have to see how that goes.
