The magical transformative qualities of paint… Taking a work zone and turning it into a finished, beautiful room.

We starting with rolling the dining room ceiling.

Cutting in and painting all our new moldings!

The room already feels brighter & bigger just from having the ceiling painted.

Next up, paint in the wainscot,

Rolling whatever we can and brushing the stile & rails.

And finally time to cut in the wall color! A green from Benjamin Moore’s historic collection.

Even though everyone hates painting we thankfully had help to get it done!

Now for finishing touches, our new downlights go in,

And are wired up with historic remake push button switches, and a brass face plate.

And here it is!

There are still a few more finishing touches, but we at least have a livable dining room again!
