What we’ve done so far:

Add new insulation, added new a/c & heat (third floor on it’s own zone) by  installing a unit in the ceiling and running ductwork in the mini-attic, scrubbed & repainted all the radiators, repainted all the walls, ceiling, wainscot; replaced the wood sills with marble sills, started to create a built in AV cabinet, wired new intercom system, installed new recessed lights at bookcase, replaced all electrical, added switched receptacles,  installed some top secret conduit for our future tv, patched plaster… basically the works

What we plan to do:

Refinish the wood floors, do some touch up on the bookcases so the glass doors shut all the way, furnish the place (ie new couch, tv, rug, curtains), finalize the book locations.
