Word to the wise: refrigerators have circuit boards.

When they stop working after 18 months of use, the fridge gets hot and you have to get an official looking fridge guy to install a new one… Which requires moving all your food to the basement beer fridge:

So I took the opportunity to deep clean the fridge. Luckily it wasn’t that bad because it’s not even two years old.

In other news, that idea I saw on pinterest to re-grow scallions by placing the bulbs in water….

Totally works! All the green is new growth:

I don’t know about actually eating them, but it works.
