Our kitchen is a demo-zone right now,  but it’s worth it because eventually it will be beautiful… right?  We thought through all the finishes before we even settled on the house but are still open to suggestions- here is a sample of the glass 1″x1″ tile we’re probably using on the lower half of the walls as a wainscot.

It’s from Daltile, called Carribean Surf;  pretty cool looking stuff.  And of course we’re getting our architectural discount on it as well so the price is nice.
