Cool Post, If you have a lot of wasps appearing this spring you may have a nest somewhere in either your loft, garden or house. The type of nest that a wasp will produce does depend on the species of wasp and the location. Social wasps create nests that are made from paper or chewed up wood fibres. The kind of wood they use can vary for each species therefore they all have different colored nests. Have you even noticed a wasp stripping your wooden garden furniture or fences?
