Oh yeah, we installed the radiant floor in the kitchen on Sunday! Pex was run and hooked up to the boiler and here’s how it went down:

1) start with our partially open floor:

2) insulate with soft blue insulation:

3) the tangled mess of pex from the basement side of things:

4) Slowly work the pex through the joists with one of us in the basement and one of us in the kitchen:

5) Attach the metal transfer plates under the pex
