Here’s a peak at our PERMIT! See the blank area at “contractor”? That’s because it’s us.

An inspector will be visiting next week to see our progress… It’s probably a novelty for him to inspect residential work since I have yet to talk to ANYONE who has gotten a permit in Philly for anything residential! And we had to get the Historic Commission to sign off too. Can we get a cookie or pat on the back or something? Maybe a framed thank you note from Mayor Nutter 🙂
