We took advantage of this beautiful Saturday to run some errands and do some grilling. We probably don’t have too much of this nice weather left this season…

However after dinner it was time to get some work done!

The bow stained glass window trim has been Lilac since we primed it back in July! So tonight I applied the first coat of red.

It’s the same red as the new gate and windows.

While I was painting outside, Kelly was cutting-in the 2nd coat of the living room ceiling border inside. (Another project we started back in July.)

I did help finish cutting in around the center oval so we could get to bed and be ready to finish up tomorrow with the mini roller. So excited to wrap this project up!
