I’ve been hard at work sanding and smoothing out the loose trim stockpiles in the living room but now I’m taking my sanders on the road… To the little bedroom!

West side (the cap was loose so I sanded it separately):

Considering it looked like this, and is attached to the wall, I’ve been hanging on the floor a lot today:

Luckily the north & south walls are new baseboard. Although there’s also the whole 2nd floor hall to do, too:

Plus the hall has a chair rail, corner bead, & door casing to work on… I never want to be this intimate with the baseboard again!
