Tonight we got right to work laying down the Ditra. It only took about 3 hours including clean up; but of course we already had it cut to fit:
Basically mix the thinset, slop it on the floor and trowel it out, then lay the sheet down within 20 minutes. Then the fun begins: stomping and pushing the sheet into the thinset. Good times.
Everything takes longer than you think.
