Hope everyone enjoyed the wonderful spring weather today! We had a sunny brunch, a fun visit and dinner with my parents and somehow fit in a few hours working on the house.

Final paint, cleaned the brick, installed t.p. holder, and mopped the wood floor:

We also worked on the kitchen trim yesterday and today…

And Rob and my dad cut thru part of the kitchen floor today to make a path for the radiant floor tubing… Only to discover a rotted-through floor joist in the crawl space/ behind basement stair space of doom. As in, inaccessible from the basement.
So this means, more structural work before we can run the radiant floor pex, and level and tile the floor.
