The unit in the small bedroom in a new soffit… Cooling and heating( in mild temps only) via ducts the whole 2nd Floor

Ducts running thru the hall to the big bedrooms, master closet and bathroom. Thank goodness the ceiling height in this hall was extremely generous. This is going to work well to introduce compression in the hall and then when you walk into the bathroom or bedrooms the ceilings will feel even taller.
