We are lucky because my dad has lots of construction supplies, tools and knowledge that he is happy to share with us (as well as time and energy which along with my mom and sibs we have been taking advantage of during the demo phase). Today since we were in MD, we got the full tour of fancy trims, doors, tiles, wires, beams, workbenches, decorative grates, light fixtures ranging from antique to fluorescent and more that are up for grabs so to speak. Lucky us!
