The idea behind the garden block is to keep vehicular traffic and pollution away from residences… Very ‘green’ thinking for the 1870’s!

One big question we keep getting is “where will you park?” as you can see here, we tend to park in front of our house… At least for right now. A minor adjustment or two from now and we can put our bikes in our back covered 3′ X 7′ ‘yard’ area. Our car gets to park on one of the surrounding streets.
