We’re excited to announce that a new park is under construction in our neighborhood! 

 2200 Catherine Street Park is actually a corner lot on 22nd & Catherine Street that was developed as a pocket park in the 1960’s but was fenced in a few decades ago when it fell into disrepair.   The neighborhood has been pushing for a rejuvenation for years  but couldn’t secure funding; just this week they started work, and already have cleared the lot and painted the adjacent building.  The park is just a 1 1/2 blocks away from us and we also pass by on our bike ride to work- we  can’t wait to see it complete!
