Kitchen Herb Window is back in action… Let’s just hope it’s more productive than last year’s! (update: uh, this was actually two summers ago! Time flies)

We’re starting out easy with basil, one in one of the pots we designed for our wedding:

And a few in a lovely pot from my sister.

So grow, basil, grow!

I know these are terrible pictures of the basil itself but late evening brings buckets of sun down our north alley facade and bounces off our open casement window into the kitchen… So I’m embracing the sun but also accepting that my phone cannot handle the glare properly.
