It may SEEM like we’re on a house hiatus, but as we recover the wheels are turning and we’re gearing up for big things. In the meantime, although I’m not complaining, what is up with this weather? Our garden is green and growing (except our fern, which is now a crisp shell of its former self):

Also, we installed something super-exciting tonight- a new router! It’s already making a huge difference with our Internet speed. Not as exciting as freshly painted doors, but essential for researching vacuum cleaners and Victorian stained glass windows.
