The first step in our little bedroom flip is of course to get all the STUFF out of the room. And simultaneously, organize the stuff in the orange room, which will be the new storage room. Which looked like this:

So we decided to set up our expedit from our apartment, which was conveniently one of the items we needed to move from the little bedroom. Mod vs not mod:

These things are a pain to set up.
