We are crazy and want a potfiller over our stove top:

Basically a cold water faucet that fills pots while they sit on your stove:

It extends from the wall when needed:

Since we are doing our own plumbing the cost was minimal, basically the cost of the fixture (on sale!) and well it looks cool!
