Yesterday, we finished nearly everything that needs to be done under the floor before the plywood subfloor goes back down. Rough-ins for the towel warmer:

Metal plates on the pex for the radiant floor, and insulating all the hot and cold water copper pipes running thru the radiant floor area (black insulation):

Restuffing and adjusting the insulation under the radiant pex piping:

And all the shut off valves and access panels are ready to go:

Looks like its ready to get covered up, so what is this ‘nearly’? The intercom wires need to be run… And a few will go thru this space. So next up, installing the intercom stations!
