We’re planning on taking the tile higher on the shower/tub area, so I pulled all the paneling down:

This is a serious looking mess, fortunately it can be ‘fixed’ by demo-ing all the old lath and plaster and starting over with that falling down framing at the old door. Probably finally pull that old door out of the wall too!
