We took down the crooked back door and casing, and rebuilt the jamb with new poplar and rehung the door with new hinges. This took a while and made tons of sawdust, here’s Rob towards the end of the process, routing the new jamb out to accept the new hinge:

We also ran a test pex for the radiant floor in the kitchen and Rob hooked up the new thermostat in the kitchen (shown coverless):
All in all a very productive day!
