This morning we headed over to the Home Depot for their weekly tiling class. It was a great refresher and opportunity to ask one on one questions, since again the class ended up being three people!

It was hands on, and we got to screw the backerboard to the plywood, spread the tile adhesive, use a trowel, lay the tile:

and then grout:

Hopefully we’ll be doing this for real in our own kitchen in just a few days!
