And here is the bathroom exhaust fan we’re ordering… hmm which one is more exicting? Haha.

Meanwhile we are debating the pros & cons of having AC installed.  We never intended to, but with all these walls opened up and the thought of resale & comfort while living here (hopefully for a while!) plus the relative ease to put in the systems without affecting our living spaces, we’re leaning towards getting it put in.  Most of the “re-habbed” houses we looked at while house-hunting had AC put in when they “re-did” the house (which I am assuming by updating alllll the electric, the kitchen, the bath, adding a half bath etc we qualify).   And Philly does get hot in the middle of the summer so I know we’ll use it at least in July & August.  So far we’ve had two contractors look at the house & are getting quotes from them.  Meanwhile we will continue to hem & haw over it… and only order the fans we would get anyway (AC or not)!
